I was in a vehicle accident on the 16th of May 2013 and then lodged a claim with Outsurance (Claim number 97769579) - the operator who assisted me was Lee-Ann Clark. I went for my assessment at SIAS Wets Rand Assessment Centre in Roodepoort on 24/05/2013. and to date have not received any feedback what so ever. Meanwhile I am forced to drive around in my beat-up Yaris - which was suppossed to be repaired by now. I am so sick and tired of this pathetic level of service delivery. I know a formal assessment can take some time - but it is so much asked to just keep the applicant/plaintive informed. Clearly Outsurance value system fails to acknowledge their client in any regard.
