Incredibly Disappointing Claim Number 95645215

My car was involved in an accident on 25 March 2013. I still have no indication as to when it will be repaired due to the following:

1. The initial assessment by the Outsurance assessor was not done properly and had to be redone a month into the process, which delayed it significantly.
2. There appears to be a lack of communication between Outsurance and the panelbeater. For instance in the past week, Outsurance advised me that authorization has been given for my car to be repaired, whilst the panelbeater knew nothing about it 3 days later. This is only one incidence in a number of others.
3. It took almost three weeks after the initial assessment of damage for my car to reach the panelbeater.

These delays have thus far cost me R3127 in car rental and I still have no indication when my car will be repaired. I first send an e-mail to Outsurance to report these matters. It is now 24 hours later and I still have heard nothing from them. I honestly cannot see why I am incurring these extra costs, when Outsurance is not providing the service they promise. False advertising in my opinion and highly disappointing.
