I am insured with Outsurance and I had an accident with my vehicle. Outsurance had referred my claim to SIAS to carryout the initial assessment of my vehicle's damage and the claim.
Shane was very polite and flexible, he agreed to change in meeting times and met me the day after my i put in my claim.
He kept me in the loop with what was needed and gave me feedback throughout the process.
i am happy to say Outsurance will be paying for my repairs.
I hoope the actual repairs also gets completed as efficiently.
