FNB IS A WHO TAKES PEOPLE FOR A RIDE

Iam so dissappointed in the manner that FNB and its Subsidiaries handles themselves; for an institution like a FNB to operate as a fly by night is a shame. i took a device contract with FNB (with problems even then, FNB didnt stick to their promise) but as an understanding person i thought you know maybe this is human error.

but after my current incident it looks like FNB is hellbent at make their clients lives difficult. so after i bought the device i made a request for my device to be insured of which they gladly did.. after my phones was . i then followed the claims processes. of which after 8 days the claim was approved and that i had to pay 2439 excess to get a new device plus deliver fee. i then told them that when i look at the amount my most practical situation would be to settle the device of which Ruan said he will initiate the process. after numerous failed attempts of getting hold of Ruan i eventually spoke to deborah, then had to make my own calls for settlement since they took forever, then now they are telling me that they can only input 7595 and to settle i must add 1368. this is absurd cause fnb is charging me 8500 for the phone.
