Why does it take long

Our dad passed away in 2008 then we claimed policy... group scheme policy... then. We were told that there mst be sum medical documents that muSt be submitted and we did then we were told that my dads doctor mst fill in another which we were told this year 2013... now we submitted everything we were told to wait for 7. Workings days for feedback nd we are still waiting till todaym... we call. The call centre, go to the branch but we are told. The same thing that nothing has been done with our claim and they said they will email me feedback or contact me but they havnt its been long... y do we have to suffer for claiming money that our dad left us to fullfill our needs I'm so fedup!!!
