Appalling Service, Horrible Treatment&Harassment

I just got off a very long call with DMC and received the most disgusting service I was trembling because of the treatment. I received a call from Thabisa Maku from DMC @ 6:38b am today (IT'S NOT ALLOWED FOR HER TO CALL ME AT THAT TIME, THE TIME IS BETWEEN 7:00AM-20:30PM) and when i answered i couldn't even hear her as i was making my way to work. she then calls me the 2nd time around to talk about an account that i have an existing Debit Order running for. She tells me I defaulted which my date is on the last day of the month, now we were arguing about who is right (last time i checked i et paid) then she put the headsets down and was discussing me with her colleagues. Then came Rethato Maranjana who told me he is a Senior Collections Agent who tried to calm the situation but my main concern is the lack of knowledge from them and the fact that because i owe FNB (which i am paying) i should be treated like dirt. they forget i remain a CUSTOMER. Then Darren Anthony who says he is the manager and the only thing he can say is he will email me proof they can call me from 6AM. how ridiculous is that exactly. i have no idea how FNB wants to have any relations with this JOKE DMC!!!
