I logged a claim with Mr price in regards to an account protection plan I had. The first problem i has was when I went to the Highveld mall branch to lodge the claim, the people working there first told me that no such account plan exists, whereas it's been debited from my account for over 12 months and it was showing on their system. After eventually assisting after me going back for 2 days, mr price claimed that they had not recieved the claim form and we had to send it again. I am still waiting to be contacted in regards to the claim, I submitted it over 3 weeks ago. When I call the call centre they say I must wait to be contacted, exactly how long do I need to wait? They cannot answer me that, I really do not think it should take this long to even submit the claim, whereas give feedback as to wether it has been processed or not??
