On the 2nd of July 2013, I reported that money from my Nedbank account has been suspiciously withdrawn, R3000 in total! R2000 on payday and R1000 a day after. I contacted my nearest branch and requested an inquiry into whether my account or card has been cloned, as I had no means of withdrawing money on this date visiting my family that lives on a farm. I'm dead broke and living in darkness because I can't afford to buy electricity. I've asked Nedbank NICELY and visited several times for feedback and a possible solution, but regardless, the same old "We'll get back to you" and "We will do an investigation" has been thrown my way. It apparently would've taken them only 2-3 working days, it's been 2 weeks now, and NOTHING!! If this is the kind of careless can't-be-bothered service I have to keep up with when I need them the most, then what a useless bank they really are!!!
