I have insured my car with iwyze policy no 1004489531 and claim no 415789.i was involved in accident on the 09 march 2013 around 20H30 when turning to the filling station in mogwase and another car without Headlights and hit me on the passenger side. SAPS arrived on the scene and made accident report. I reported an accident to iwyze and my claim was handled by Karab Setati and declined my claim on baseless statement that i was driving under the influence of alcohol whereas the SAPS Report does not indicate that the Drives involved on accident where under influence of alcohol and no blood samples were taken from to determine whether i was under influence. Karabo Sekati she called herself consultant and i doubt her qualifications and knowledge of job. Iwyze as big company i did not expect to decline as claim without facts or prove. My attorneys have issued summons to the Sherrif of the Court to serve them to iwyze. Its a shame for a company like to contest a case in court of law without a prove of blood samples. I will exposed them in court of law and their clients will know that they dealing with useless company and untrained strained staff without qualifications. I warning people.
