I had a case of last weekend, where I bought something online and a much higher amount went off my account. I realized that this was probably a transaction, and called the FNB line. Tumelo was very calming and cancelled my card quickly, and promised a new credit card within five working days. Within 2 days I had an sms saying my card was ready!! Awesome service! Now I hope they can reverse those transactions :-)
