Standard bank "loses" atm deposit

On 9/3 I deposited R1200 at the ATM at Standard Bank East Rand Mall but mistakenly typed R120. 11/3 I phone and spoke to Edith who advised me there is nothing I can do as it will get corrected automatically. On 13/3 I went to ERM, the lady at the info desk told me the same story. The next week I went back and spoke to Francina, she phoned and told me the query is on the system and the money will be put in my account. On 16/3 the R120 was deducted from my account. (Now they even took that) On 28/3 I went back and spoke to Francina again. She phone and told me that the previous information was incorrect. She then gave me a ref. On 4/4 I went back to the branch and then spoke to Vera she phoned and told me the money will be paid in. 5/4 a man phoned to ask if I got two ATM slips from the ATM, I advised yes. He said they were investigating. On 12/4 I went back and spoke to Vera. She phoned and then told me that the envelope is missing and that they are still investigating. The service that is being delivering is horrible, yes I made a mistake with the deposit but that does not justify losing R1200. Nobody phones me with updates. I have lost all confidence in standard bank.
