On the 30 August 2013, I was involved on a car accident 300 km away from my home. The insurance company didn't offer me me with Transport/ accommodation as they have indicated on my policy document.
since the accident, I am the one who calls them for the updates and since I sent them my cclaim form on the 4 September 2013. They have been telling me about to wait for their unfinished reports until now. They have also appointed the investigators who their questions were based on attaching me with under the influence of alcohol even thou the police report says I was not under the influence of alcohol, and even the Police have witnessed that through their searching and testing that I was not under the influence of alcohol.
whoever, I have tried to explain the investigators that I don't drink alcohol and I was not in the position of alcohol but still my insurance company (ATTOOH), they are still busy searching for issue/ case which they can make an excuse not to pay for my claim.
I have requested my insurance company to take me to the blood test for their evidents if the don't believe the report from the police, but they denied.
