I have a nedbank savings account and credit account that I never use. I should have closed them ages ago but I'm too busy. So they first email me and tell me to pay the arrears on the credit card but do not mention how much or where. Then they phone me and tell me the same. I checked on internet banking but the credit account doesn't show up there any more. So today I skipped lunch to go the the branch in the Newcastle mall just to be told that I should leave because I have to phone first.

So this is what's going to happen now:
1. You will email me to tell me how much I need to pay.
2. In this email you will state which bank account I can deposit the money into
3. When you receive payment, close all my accounts
