UNLAWFUL DEBIT ORDER ON BANK ACCOUNT

I have been harrassed by Ellerines for over 1 year to apply for credit and purchase from them. I explained that I only buy cash if I need something. 30 October 2013 I was told I qualify for R50k credit and should come in to see what I wanted and of course I did. I placed my order and was told everything would be delivered within 5 days. The wall unit was delivered almost 2 weeks later and the laptop was never delivered. I received an sms from African bank to inform me of my first debit order for the full amount, which was only due by end Dec'13, and the debit order was deducted from my account 26/11/2013. I called Sithembiso Sithole this morning and was told that he cannot action my refund even though I haven't received all my goods, which I've now decided cancel, and that it does not reflect on my account as paid. His attitude stinks, I am the customer and I deserve better treatment. Because of us 'CONSUMERS" they get a salary every month. I am totally irate at his/African Bank and Ellerine's attitude and wish to cancel the whole deal.
