Unacceptable service

I've been with FNB Insurance Brokers for over a year, have not claimed in the entire period. I previously called for a revaluation on my policy and the lady said i qualified for a reduction as my market value dropped. however the system was slow and after holding on for over 15min she promised she would do it the next day and send me an updated schedule. Needless to say i received nothing, I attempted to call but got nowhere. Eventually my brokers details disappeared on the Internet banking, and I attempted to get details of a new contact person, I was then sent to and fro and told the lady left the employ of FNB and furthermore, I was told my account was being transferred to Hollard effective 1 Dec and thus they could not revalue my policy, even though i had been with FNB for over a year, I basically had not been with Hollard for long! I told the gentleman on the line, how is that my problem, if I wasn't even informed of the change to Hollard, especially if my current policy was underwritten by Santam and not Hollard, he then basically told me there's nothing he can do for me and just. Anyone with better insurance please suggest as i really have to move!
