Can someone from Standard Bank please contact me immediately. I have been billed twice for a UCount Rewards card which I have never received - after changing my address details and confirming that the card will in fact be sent to the new address. I still have not received the card. This morning I get a returned amount on my savings account for the monthly installment for a card I have not received and not even been able to use to collect these rewards. I expect these amounts, inclusive of banking and return fees to be reimbursed to me as soon as possible and for the UCount rewards card to be cancelled with immediate effect. I urgently await to hear from you.
