I have many loans with African Bank, they debited my account on the wrong dated when i stipulated that all debits should go off on the 23 of each and every month. They debited my account on the 22nd. I incurred all the bank charges for rejected debit orders. Now my account with fnb reflects bad on my name plus i have to pay up to R400 in the fees. I want this corrected with the my bank and i want african bank to pay for these fees. Surely if a person stipulated the debit order should be done on 23rd then i should be done on the 23rd. I want this corrected asap, if its not done i will take this up with the banking ombudsman.
