I applied for a further loan 3 months ago, FNB keeps on requesting documents one by one of which i managed to submit all the documents, on the second final stage my application was on hold and one of the consultants called me saying that they waiting for the rates and taxes statement before they can proceed with an application, i forwarded to them, after that they wanted a 2013 financial statement from body cooperate of which they were told that the financial year is not yet over the statement will only be available next year Jan (body corp confirmed), however i did send them the latest financial statement for 2012, and after all they say they can not proceed with the application without 2013 financial statement of which is not out ye (to me this sounds like asking for a matric certificate to a learner who is still writing their matric exam). my concern is that my account is up to date, so they want to tell me that i have to wait for 5 months in order for this application to be approved? Iam very dissapointed with FNB.
