Absa
Credit application

We have a joint bond at absa for R425k which was registered at the deeds office for 480k.just over a month ago we submitted a further advance application for R55k.on the 2nd/09/2012 the applicaion was approved in Principle, subject to valuation.on the 4th/09/2013 the physical val came through for R500k.since then we have been sent back and forth Where some documents were requested, I.e up to date municipal rates and taxes, identity statement and nedbank credit card statement.these documents that were requested one at a time every second day together with the proof of payment were sent to credit.

It is with so much dissapointment that over a month later we were informe by absa that the application has been declined due to insufficient valuation, valuation that was finalised on the fourth of Sept and a decision based on it only came on the 11/10/2013.
This decision is not satisfactory at all, so much time has been wasted and all documentation together with the proof of payment that was requested was sent through to credit. This additional R55000 requested should be approved and our affordability is not in question
Vusi Ncube at Rosebank Branch submitted the application on our behalf.
