Discovery non-response policy!

After posting a complaint about Discovery - they quickly send an apologetic email and promise to 'contact you shortly' - but sadly all a lie!!
Nobody calls back - Discovery could not be bothered - all smoke and mirrors - the only thing that works at Discovery, supper efficiently, is their billing system, deducting money off clients bank accounts monthly - that department has NO glitches or response problems!!
'Discovery a company that response' - the truth is that Discovery is a company that does NOT respond and couldn't care less about their customers who continue to enrich them!!
