FNB Fails to HELP me AGAIN

I have decided to find myself a Bank that will meet my needs. I was a very happy client Not until I was desperatly in need of money, I applied for a loan on thursday, I was asked to fax my Payslip which I did yesterday (monday) morning as far as I know it is not supposse to take hours before my Loan is aspproved. Today is tuesday 4:30pm I just called FNB only to be answered by. Attitude by a girl named Hloni and it upsets me that I had to call her myself to remind her to do her JOB. I as a client contibute to these peoples salaries every month and I want to be helped by proffesionals. I am very irrritated by this and will apply for this Loan. At other Banks
