On 21 November 2013 my house was broken into and a number of items. I immediately reported the break in to Auto and general. The original consultant who assisted my was very friendly and considerate. she said that my claim would be finalized within 4 working day and that I simply needed to submits a list of the items as well as copies of certain parts of the police docket.

the very next day I submitted to hear all the documents, she requested as well as copies of the police docket. Yet despite her original friendly assistance i have never received a response from her. As a result I contacted Auto and General and was advised that they had received the documents and an assessor would contact me.

Today i have had the misfortune of meeting with the assessor sent by Auto and General and I can honestly say that I have never in my entire life felt so belittled and violated. The woman was very very rude and was only just short of accusing me of my own stuff! I cannot believe that anyone needs to treated so badly when claiming from insurance1 not to mentioned that my claim will now take even longer apparently!
