This might be the worst service I have ever received from FNB considering i used to work under the First Rand Group.
On the 5th of September I settled my account with FNB however since then x3 Consecutive Debit orders ran off my account after numerous emails within this period?
Every month since then I keep getting debited?
Although I receive my refund I still have have been given no explanation as to why this account is still open on their books and why it has not close even after I requested a clear explanation?
This morning yet AGAIN I was debited and I keep paying the debit order charges.
Am I even gonna get my charges back?
I have sent them another email with the email thread dated from the month of September till now.
This is ridiculous and Im ashamed to say that I once worked under the First Rand Group
YOU GUYS NEED TO COME BACK TO ME ASAP!
