I have an accident last year and my broker BROKERS SA processed the claim but unfortunately the repairs took longer due to the unrealiable panelbeater who did not repair the vehicle properly. I eventually had to take the vehicle to the dealer that managed to sort out the outstanding problem and I paid. The assessor was informed of all the progress and promised to talk to Santam about the refund. My refund has not been done until now. My claim number is CAMS1002081
