I would like to report that when my car was involved in an accident and subsequently written off, Natasha Esterhuizen helped to process my claim until it was finalized, although there was delays in the turn around period it was due to my car finance bank not supplying the Natis timeously when it was requested. I admit calling her almost every 3 days to do a follow up on how far the claim was because the 3rd party was also calling me constantly demanding his payout from my insurer since he didnt have his own cover, but she was very patient with me and made sure to call him and re-assure him that the claim was still in progress and I was not running away with his money, this was over a period of almost 2 months. In the end the claim was finanlized and we both got our payouts. Natasha Esterhuizen made my first claim from insurance a worth while experience and I do not regret being covered by Prime Meridian Direct because of her professional and friendly manner, especialy since I have heard plenty of horror stories that you must face when trying to claim from any car insurance company for any reason.
