I went into my nearest FNB branch just to get a statement... the lady from FNB just upgraded my card to cheque acc and went on with her own thing, I then received numerous of smses with regards to picking up my cheque card but i have ignored it as i was quiet content with my savings acc... there after charges went off my acc when i did not give any authorisation... How is that possible? I NOW WANT THIS ACCOUNT CANCELLED AS I DID NOT WANT IT AND WANT THE MONEY THAT THEY HAVE DEDUCTED!! I ADVISE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO GO ON WITH FNB...
