Creditworx (S&V)
Account payed but still being told i owe money

Hi

About two years ago I paid off an account which was handed over to Creditworx. For two years I was under the impression it has all been sorted out... until recently. I started receiving calls again saying I owe the same account money (the exact same amount of two years ago). I even contacted the company that handed me over and they don't know anything about it.

Can someone please assist me because i don't know what to do anymore. It seems they don't understand reason.
