How long do you have to wait?

It's been numerous times that I'm holding 30 odd min just to put the phone down because you can't hold on any longer. I would really just like to know why my device insurance for my phone went up with - R30.00? Is it so difficult to get an answer.

And another thing. How come if i swipe my card it only goes off a few days later? Isn't that why you have the "reserve" option and "balance remaining" Now it shows my balance remaining and a few days later the "reserved" amount goes off of that anyway??? What happened to all the e bucks rewards? All just to get you to join.

FNB use to be great but I'd rather go to bank where Steve is!
