I swipe my card a lot to earn E-Bucks and have done all I can per your requirements to gain the maximum benefits (insurance, smart phone, savings, swiping, petrol use, all my finance with you as well) but noticed that despite all products taken that I was getting less and less E-Bucks. I called the call centre who apologized and said it was an error after a long investigation and would give me the backdated e bucks month end. I didn't see them come in and left a complaint after waiting another month thinking it was just a slip on your side. I was called a few days later and promised to escalate the problem but a week later and no-one has contacted me. If you advise your client you will do such and such on a specific date it must be done. If the client advises it isn't, then fix it, I am a happy client but ask you to please keep your promise and sort out my e-bucks.
