Cash passport balance

Is there any more inconvenience Absa bank can cause me? I am currently in Germany and need to know the balance remaining on my cash passport card and nobody seems to be able to help me! I have been calling the customer numbers on the rear side of my card numerous times and they do not work! I called the international bank line and they gave me an email address to request my balance, I emailed them my problem and they responded by saying that I need to get hold of Absa Sandton (as this is the branch that issued my card). I requested Sandton's numbers and when I called them they re-directed me to a number that rings endlessly! If it does not ring endlessly then I'm cut off the line while holding or someone answers and they become puzzled when I ask for my balance! I tried about two weeks ago to register online but I couldn't because their webpage did not have a security question and therefore I couldn't register!!

Thing is this all costs MONEY and TIME to do!! I can't believe a bank with such a reputation fail to do one simple thing for me, this is totally unacceptable and I am going to switch banks as soon as I land back home, I am done with Absa!
