I have tried several times to get standard bank to change the banking details for my homeloan. letters/emails and phone calls but to no avail. and then i keep getting sms's or phone calls to say im in arrears. how useless can people be. i will only pay arrears once standard bank has confirmed that the banking details have been amended...
