Applied for a lone last week over the phone. After it was approved the gentlemen, Ruben, told me what paperwork to take with me to my nearest branch to sign the contract. Took time of at work to go to the Woodmead branch to sign the contract etc. When I got there the lady who helped me told me there is a problem. She need to contact head office to send through a rejection and then we will have to do the whole application again.. How pathetic! Could not tell me what the problem was. Wasting my time I took off from work and now have to take some more time off to go back again because they couldn't help me immediately. You just don't get good service anymore!!!
