I applied for a loan and supplied all necessary documents to the Campus Square Branch who were quite helpful.
After a week I was told that HQ rejected my application and there was no reason given. I phoned customer services and was told to get the reason of the rejection from the Branch. The Branch refered me back to HQ now I am going from post to post.
I understand I do have a right to know the reason of the rejection but seems no-one at African Bank can give me a reason despite signing an African Bank contract that clearly spells I would be informed of reasons of rejection.
I am disappointed with the service especially being left in the dark.
