There was a mistake with my debit order dates, seems that my policy said 21st instead of 25th. I was transferred to Bonolo whom assisted me within 2 minutes. She is so vibrant and helpful and she apologised and ensured that she will send revised documents. the documents came through whilst I was still on the phone.
You should invest in people with Bonolo's energy and vibrant attitude, then you will not have any complaints.
