No one can give me an answe

I applied for a loan with African bank and it was pre approved. I went to the branch and submitted all my paperwork they requested and signed the quote. I was then told to sign the contract and then i received my credit card. since then all the checks have been done. Credit, affordability, employment, bank details. all the checks were done and passed. Then it went for final assessment. And as i understand it. the final assessment is just to double check every thing and to make sure all the paperwork is in order.

Then it simply failed assessment.
I have phoned the call centre about 30 times. each time trying to speak to someone else who can help me. no one knows why it failed assessment. I then submitted an email to them asking why it failed. 2 weeks passed and no reply

If its a document missing i can simply send it to them. The branch also does not know why it failed. They thought it will pass.

I think they should take off the sign that says we say yes more of the time. because they don't. They just simply fail you without any reason. And when you ask. no one can help you.
