Renewal contract package

My contract was due for an upgrade, and I did the upgrade via the Makro store at Strubensvalley. I took a blackberry and the package that I agreed to was a straight up 50 top up, so that i can be able to load airtime when my 50 free minutes are finished. To my suprise this month my account was debited for R570.00, as opposed to the monthly charge of R170.00 that i ussually pay. I immediately phoned the cell c call center to query the amount debited and I was told that I am on the staight- up 50 post paid which is the open line. I immediately notified the consultant that, that is not the package that i wanted, and i wanted to be migrated to the package that will suit my pocket (the staight up 50 top up, the one that wanted in the first place). He then told me that he will create a case for me and raise this with the relevant people and someone will phone me with in 48 hours, its been six days now and i havent heard anything from Cell C, I am still sitting on the wrong package and I am concerned that my account will be debited with the huge amount again. Can someone from cell c please contact me to sort this out.
