On Saturday (23/11/2013) at 12h36 I visited the Midrand Boulders Branch. I Deposited R500 into a Absa Account, Mogati (Teller) Captured wrong reference, not the one indicated on the deposit slip which I had given, I noticed this before I left the branch and requested her to correct it. She said she will correct it. On Sunday I checked if the money was reflecting and to my surprise it was not. This is after I had notified and requested Mogati (Teller) to correct it. On Tuesday (26/11/2013) I visited the Cape Town International Branch and requested them to assist in correcting this. They contacted Mogati who indicated that it had been sorted. I have again went to check if the money is reflecting and it is still not reflecting. I contacted Midrand Boulders Brach twice today and was cut off twice by Pozisa. I have wasted Money in phoning the and visiting their branches. This money was deposited for Prepaid Electricity and since Saturday due to Absa's incompetent tellers I have had no electricity. Can someone from Absa Urgently contact me to have this rectified before I got the banking Ombudman. This is unacceptable service.
