I recently resigned from Grindrod and have been chasing up my payout with Alexander Forbes almost everyday... i get the same answer i must wait 7-14 working days but when i ask them for more info they repeat what i already know. I gave Kiren Singh so much info bout my query... i told him the fund name and my id number on the initial email and a few days later he replies asking me for more info... what more info does he want? My shoe size or my bra size or what... is that not sufficient? Then admin has not replied to a mail i sent on Monday either... This is really fustrating as i must pay my rent soon and i have a child to see to so when i encounter issues like this it really put me in a state f panick.
