VERY BAD AND POOR SERVICE

Hi

I have resigned from indwe risk services on the 20.09.2013, and my forms and everything was already sent to alexander forbes on the 13.09.2013 already. I have phoned alexander forbes and spoken to Neil that said that I apparently have two profiles and that they will be able to process my provident fund, why do I need to call and then you want to do something, it has already been a month and now I have to wait another 6 - 8 weeks why why why... if I didn't call you would not have processed this. I need to know when I will receive my money, and how much it is.
