I contacted Miway call centre regarding my current insurance policy with them and advised that I would like to have this reviewed as I was adding another vehicle. I was transferred to a senior consultant Selena Maloka who listened to me very carefully, explained all the details and also provided a discount on premium. Selena was eager to help and displayed knowledge, courtesy and patience. My experience with Selena was amazing and I have decided to remain a customer of Miway due to this.
