NOTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS

FNB IS NOT ALL WHAT IT IS CRACKED UP TO BE. ME CONSIDERING BANKING WITH EUGENE. I BOUGHT A LAPTOP VIA THEIR PROMOTION. I WAS ASSURED BY ALL THAT IT WILL FORM PART OF MY SERVICE FEES AND CANNOT BE REVERSED AT ALL. I GET A LETTER FROM AN ATTORNEY STATING THAT I AM TWO MONTHS IN ARREARS. I BANK WITH FNB SINCE 2009 AND MY PAYDAY HAS BEING THE SAME SINCE THEN. SPOKE TO DUNCAN AT FNB LEGAL.
Good day, According to our discussion earlier regarding the Smart Device. Were you correct in saying that the "instalment" for the smart device is like a service fee and wont be reversed. That the smart device was subject to a turnover of R 16500 per month in my account. That the attorneys was not handed over the file for collection but only as a pre litigation matter against me.

That is all correct. Kindly be advise that I have spoken with the attorney and they have waived all of the DCA fees. Kindly pay the amount to the value of R 500.00 into the below mentioned account which is in line with the payment arrangement you have concluded:
