FNB hands me over for Smart device

Good Morning

I've been a client with FNB for 5 years now I've never had any problems with until now,
I'm very disappointed at the way they've treated me I have taken out the offer of their smart device 2012 and it was a 24 months agreement and was paying only R70 a month which was very affordable in April 2013 I received a call from Mahaj Attoney saying that FNB has handed me over for non payment!! how come I have proof on my bank statement that they have been receiving payment from my side, even so if they don't receive any payment no one had phoned me to tell me that they haven't received any payments form me!! I mean I only had about R690 to pay back now these attorneys are telling me I have to pay R1500 back which I must make 3 payments!!! really!!! I feel that FNB has failed me as their client for not communicating with me if they had not received any payment, I don't mind paying the money But Im really not prepared to pay R1500
I've spoken to Lady called Sharifa Evans who was very helpful and she told me she that I Guy called Duncan 0877360911 from smart device who didn't get back to me but I have tried phoning him and I leave a massage but no one gets back to me
