I really give up on Capitec Bank!!!
Not too long ago I had a complaint around the bank ensuring they capture the incorrect dates for my monthly debit order which was eventually resolved after my complaining to Hello. Peter
I am now back to square one, experiencing the same issue where my debit oder is deducted earlier than my pay date and not only that but i also get debited on my other account as well so i end up with double debits!!!
After visiting the branch with my employment contract to prove my debit order date only to be told i need to contact customer services.
I contact customer services only to be told i need to go to the same branch that told me they can't do anything to help me.
I mean really now!!! DOES NO ONE KNOW HOW TO CHANGE A DEBIT ORDER DATE ON THEIR OWN SYSTEMS???
Are these people even interested in keeping clientele???
I have not seen such pathetic unprofessionalism from a banking institution!!!
