Capitec bank pathetic service, Debit order date nightmare:
Took a loan out with capitec bank, my debit order was incorrectly captured by the consultant that did the application, the first debit order was deducted on the wrong date, fortunately I had the funds available, called the call centre who transferred me to collections, as per the collections agent I spoke to I have to go the nearest branch with my payslip, as he could not assist me, what type of incompetent collections agents do have working there, and why the do you have a scanning system? The information should be available at the click of a button, called the branch, Midrand, Carlswarld was advised, they could also not assist me and they were advised by Head office, that I should complain??? In order to have it fixed. What the!!!
I will never take anything with Capitec bank ever, they are full of empty promises, and there customer service is the worst I have come across, if they attempt to take the debit order on the incorrect date this month I will have to cancel authorisation, as I will not have any return debits on my name
