Never in my life have I ever received such a shocking service, especially from a reputable Service Provider like Discovery. The complete lack of service has left me feeling completely insignificant. My latest attempt to get feedback, from an Incident that occurred on the 21st December 2012, left me on hold today for 19 minutes and 34 seconds. You pull your phone records from 12h25 today and I'll phone Guiness. Well done!
The details of my claim, tinkering on the edge of File 13, are as follows. On the 21st December 2012 my house and most of it's household goods, was robbed. The Incident was reported to Discovery on the 24th December and I received a Claim Number. In the weeks that followed, I made numerous calls to your Claims Dept asking desperately for a follow-up, and was told that everything was proceeding. An Assessor was assigned to my Claim on Friday 18th January 2013, after I demanded to speak to a manager - 26 Days after reporting the Incident. To this day, 38 days later, I still have had no resolution.
If I didn't chase Discovery, I would expect a phonecall on April 1st stating your claim is resolved, with a huge explosion of laughter in the background.
