I came to cresta branch quering an unauthorised debit. I had to sit in a long queue with customers that was applying for loans. There was only 3 people assisting then it dropped to 2 people with a whole lot of customers waiting and it was not even lunch time, there is no service and the attitude stinks in this place. Capitec used to have standards but no more.
