I have a claim with Discovery insure since last year mid December. My Sound system and TV were. It was a huge trauma for me and my Granny. after reported a claim with discovery until today we never received any respond regarding the claim. When I call discovery on several occasion they always says someone will call me before the end of the day and i never even receive any message or a call. And currently i was informed my policy was cancelled but not long ago there was a debit order from discovery insure on the 9th of January 2013 and i never missed any debit orders. I was never even informed my policy has been cancelled by me. as i was told i cancelled the policy.
