NEDBANK UNWILLINGNESS TO SERVE CUSTOMERS ABROAD!!!

I logged myself out of my Internet banking. I phoned 011 710 4710 followed by desired options to reset pin. I was told by two people 25/11/2013 they can't do it I must go to my local branch. I explained I live in Saudi but they just said sorry. I emailed my banker who got a reference on 25/11/2013. I spoke with 4 people and were kept on hold, I listened to the same disclaimer and had to answer the same 5 security questions. Person one were rude and said she can't here me. Person two said sorry we can reset your pin but you need a South African mobile no. Person 3 said I can text your pin to your international number. Person 4 said I can give your pin verbally to you. Once she was busy to update the pin she said the system is slow. She than said hold the line I will go to another workstation. After I was kept for 10 minutes on hold she came back to say that the system is offline and that my banker can phone in to get my pin. I contacted my banker who said that under no circumstance can she can a pin reset for me and that I should do it myself. My banker is person no. 5. I am deeply dissapointed in Nedbank and their unwillingness to accomodate customers living abroad
