Afternoon, We applied form a further bond with you and we have been given the run around since day one then you need this and then you need that. Nobody is raking responsibility. for their actions please give the whole story to the client and not just the hold on. You guys just want to chase people away and then the cherry on the cake is that we pay extra to have a personal banker but he is never available. we will see this afternoon if the personal banker phone back. We will be moving our accounts to another bank that will look after us. I promise you we are not just a number but person trying to make a better living (with or without you).
