Nedbank- needs to Train there people properly

Very disappointed: Went to day to Nedbank in Castel Walk to get my Internet password reset. Waited 25Min at Inquiries just to be given a form to sign that my amount to be drawn at the ATM has not changed!!! That is not what I asked for. All I wanted is to have my internet password reset, that I could do internet banking. I got home just to find out nothing was reset or changed. I wasted my time at Nedbank, as I cannot do this during the week as I start before Nedbank opens and close after they close. This means I will have to wait till next weekend to try and get it reset again. They need to training there staff to listen to the client and do the correct transaction for the client.
